Keezark is a short let management company with experienced hospitality experts, aimed at raising landlords’ profits and keeping guests happy. We specialise in dealing with rent to rent, providing tailored services to managers who want to assign their portfolio of all sizes to a professional team, as well as property developers and private landlords.
Since short term lets have become more of investors’ interest during the last few years, the short term rental industry has expanded enormously. As the industry has developed, so have we. Keezark now offers several personalised services to suit every vacation rental owner or serviced apartment operator need to succeed .
We currently manage over 400 units across 17 cities in the UK and Europe, and we are seeking to broaden our horizons across the globe. We’re dedicated to providing travellers with luxury serviced accommodation, hotels, guesthouses, aparthotels and B&Bs. If we do not currently have a presence in your city, don’t worry! We can set things up in a matter of a few days.
Our Team consists of around 50 specialists who focus on various areas of the business – from Marketing to Sales, Operations, Finances, Booking Processing, Strategy, HR, and of course our invaluable in-house staff or partner companies on the field who take care of housekeeping (cleaning and linen changeovers), maintenance, guest arrivals, call-outs, and quality control.
We’ve got a truly international team with staff from various backgrounds and nationalities from different continents as we believe in global cooperation and shared opportunities for all.
